+++ Experienced leader driven by technology, innovation and sustainability with industry experience in ports, freight forwarding, on-site logistics, shipping, chemicals, steel, energy and utilities +++ Together with my 'Innovation & Sustainability' team as well as various internal and external stakeholders, we execute HOYER's sustainability program and develop and market sustainable solutions towards the path of carbon neutrality. In addition, I am assigned to develop technology-enabled product and service innovations that deliver customer value, efficiency and safety to HOYER and our business partners. In my previous positions, I delivered digital solutions for transport- and supply chain-related services and managed IT programs and portfolios for business systems in corporation with HOYER's corporate IT department. Before, I defined HOYER's Digital Vision 2025 and executed the first phase of the underlying strategy and roadmap. Earlier, I was part of the senior sales management team to expand existing customer relations, lead market development projects and optimise sales processes. Before, I developed new port infrastructure and expanded/internationalized plant logistics services. In addition, I planned tailor-made logistics solutions for customers from the offshore wind, utility, steel, and construction industries and led their successful implementation up to the point of becoming an interim terminal manager to establish corporate structures, lead operational staff on site and obtain P+L responsibility for various plant logistics locations. During work I value authenticity, entrepreneurial and ownership spirit as well as teamwork in cross-functional environments. In my free time I enjoy doing sports and travelling around the world.
