- Working in accounting environment from startups to multinational companies - Maintain and close GL accounts on a monthly basis (reconciliations and account analysis) - Prepare annual statutory financial statements and disclosures for legal entities - Support of internal and external audits - Set up, maintain and review documented procedures and ensure compliance with ICS in place - Swiss direct and indirect tax returns - Set up chart of accounts for SMBs with a basic analytical accounting - Experience in choosing and supporting implementation of various ERP (Abacus, Navision, Oracle, SAP,Sage) - Hiring team members and assist them with training

-Financial accounting of Nestlé “central companies” (financial, reinsurance, venture funds) – Statutory and group account -Nestlé SA financial holdings (accounting management, tax, stamp duty) -Use of SAP -Use of GEMS portal (Global Entity Management System) investment management in term of finance / tax / legal / royalties / intellectual property -Consolidation software (Magnitude) and treasury software (Quantum) -Quarterly closing statutory and group account -Monthly VAT return for 5 companies inside Nestlé VAT group -Tax return for 12 Swiss companies -Bank account reconciliation -Intercompany booking -Withholding tax claiming -AP/AR/GL bookings -Relationship with tax, legal, treasury and consolidation dept. -Accounting project (company liquidation/closure, financial holdings workflow)
