Leader of the Africa practice for onepoint, I managed our go to market strategy across the African continent, by developing and implementing business strategies for African markets and clients, generating business opportunities and developing new subsidiaries and projects.
- Led the Africa P&L - Designed and executed Onepoint’s Africa strategy, including the opening of the Casablanca office in 2024, business development initiatives, talent recruitment, and strategic positioning across key African markets. - Structured high-visibility institutional and ecosystem partnerships with Jeune Afrique, Choiseul Africa, Aspen Institute, MEDEF, Africa CEO Forum, BPI, EBRD, EIB etc securing speaking roles, co branded initiatives, and long-term engagement platforms. - Sourced and built consulting, industrial and institutional partnerships for complex multi- country proposals (especially for donor funded projects). - Led more than 20 multi-country advisory and transformation projects for public institutions, development finance actors, and private sector leaders across Africa.
Lecturer at Science Po Paris - Paris School of International Affairs - Masters Program Course: "Doing Business in Africa". This course is targeted for future public and private sector leaders dedicated to promoting private sector strategy in Africa. It provides a thorough understanding of the main economic players and rethinks the development approach for promoting private sector initiatives and identify investment opportunities.

Our extensive footprint in Francophone Africa, covering 19 countries through 16 local offices, enables us to provide seamless professional services to our clients. As Head of Francophone Africa's business development, directly reporting to the Managing Partner, I oversee our business strategy, business development and communication&marketing initiatives accross the region, activities and sectors. Strategy: - Developing our global and local offices strategies (service offerings, targeting, competitive analysis, priority sectors, business plan), - Performing market entry strategies for mergers & acquisitions of local audit and consulting firms and providing operational support during their integration to the network, - Strong and active involvment in the restructuring of our advisory practice, - Member of Deloitte's PanAfrican Steering Committee involving the top management of the firm in Africa. In charge of the allocation of a multimillion dollar investment from the firm over 3 years in Francophone Africa. Business development: - Organizing and structuring our business development approach (targeting, account management, pitch) on a country / client / sector basis, - Involvement in the pursuit strategy and actual bid of major audit and non audit tenders by creating compelling messages and identifying services and methods to meet and exceed client needs, - Representing Deloitte Africa at major events: MEDEF Africa, Africa CEO Forum, CIAN ..., - Building and updating our business development tools (customers and targets contacts database, credentials), - Training the management of our local offices in the sales and business development approach. Marketing&Communication: - Head of the Marketing&Communication department for Deloitte Africa: strategy, internal and external communication, eminence, organization and sponsorship of events, etc.
