Managing terminal operations, commercial development, financial results and strategy implementation. Leading over 150 employees in a cultural change. • Managed an average increase of 7.5% of volume whilst maintaining costs through restructuring. • Changed container yard lay-out which resulted in a capacity increase of 50%, safety incident reduction of 75% and a safe environment for pedestrians. • Implemented an automated system for operations (TOS) which increased operational efficiency, made operational information available in real-time with less errors, more motivated personnel. • Drove the implementation of international safety standards and structure, creating a dedicated safety team and raising compliance to high-level company policies from 8% to 62%. • Lead the implementation of a Human Capital system that allows an objective, clear and transparent evaluation, improving significantly employee's satisfaction and tranquillity.
