Over 15 years of experience in the rotating equipment and energy sector within several positions. This includes from starting in a workshop and gaining experience in the field, in and out of the Netherlands, including the offshore market. Dispatching, work preparation and field service engineering is my main experience. Latest experience is specializing in exhaust gas treatment to uphold the expectations of our customers within the limits of the contractual agreements. Also involved in product improvement programs, driven by a financial and customer service motivation.
Managing a team of Service Engineers, Service Coördinators and Service Backoffice employees. As a team we service and commission Caterpillar Diesel Engines installed in for example Yachts, Tug&Workboats, Coast guard vessels.
Responsible for the quality of services and leading 23 dedicated service technicians in the Oil&Gas, Dredging and Industry markets. Developing skills in this team by coaching these people. Productivity of the team is another responsibility in this role.
