I manage the International Procurement network (37 people) across 13 countries where Keolis operates (India, Asia, UAE, Europe, North America, Canada, Australia). With a purchasing volume of €1.3 billion, I drive major transformation initiatives, including digital transformation, CSR strategy implementation, contract coverage expansion, and the development of supplier partnerships and cooperation.
