I am a seasoned Engineering Manager with a strong technical background, focused on one thing: getting complex situations back on track. In many of my roles, I’ve been asked to step in when things were not working as expected: • delivery slowing down • unclear scope • growing technical complexity • teams losing momentum These are the situations I enjoy working on.
