      Manager of the Research & Development programs on "airline & airport disruption detection and prediction" and "digital realities". 1. We have built a platform using the latest Artificial Intelligence software to predict aircraft departure and arrival delays. The various techniques used: Deep Neural Network, Random Forrest, statistics, simulations, NLP. The technology has been validated with a leading airport in Asia and is being productised. In January 2019, the SITA Council gave us an award for the second best innovative project done by SITA in 2018. 2. As part of the "Digital realities" program, a POC at La Guardia airport was showing events (IoT, AI predictions) affecting their operations on a 3D representation of their new terminal. Another POC, this time with Virgin Atlantic, was testing cabin crew's reaction when using a training app developed with the augmented reality technology. For another airline, a chatbot was developed to help people buy tickets.
