Currently Industrial Director at CCPA Group, I draw on more than 30 years of experience in the agri-food industry. I have developed in-depth expertise in industrial technologies, industrial safety, strategy and innovation, while leading structural transformations in complex multi-site environments. My current role allows me to mobilise our teams around a clear strategic vision to combine operational performance and customer satisfaction. My career includes managing more than 50 industrial sites in France and internationally, with a constant focus on industrial safety, continuous improvement and rationalisation. Convinced of the strength of teamwork, I work to create a collaborative environment that promotes both innovation and collective success. J'ai développé une expertise approfondie en technologies industrielles, sécurité industrielle, stratégie et innovation, tout en dirigeant des transformations structurantes dans des environnements multisites complexes. Mon rôle actuel me permet de mobiliser nos équipes autour d'une vision stratégique claire pour allier performance opérationnelle et satisfaction client. Mon parcours inclut la gestion de plus de 50 sites industriels en France et à l'international, avec un focus constant sur la sécurité industrielle, l'amélioration continue et la rationalisation. Convaincu de la force du collectif, je travaille à instaurer un environnement collaboratif qui favorise à la fois l'innovation et la réussite collective. Mon engagement reste ancré dans le développement durable des industries de la nutrition animale et des filières céréalières.

Responsible for the development and direction of CCPA Group Industrial Operations (8 plants worldwide) to achieve the long and short term growth and industrial objectives. Member of the Executive Committee, co-inventor of a major innovation in animal nutrition and designer of new-generation factories.

Périmètre opérationnel direct: 7 sites industriels dont 2 sites SEVESO (activité engrais) Management direct env. 150 personnes 800 000 T / an aliments composés – 170 000 tonnes collectées Périmètre transversal : Coordonner les actions Industrielles, Supply Chain et Qualité et élaborer le Schéma Directeur Industriel, Logistique aval et Qualité pour l’ensemble de la filière Nutrition Animale du Groupe TRISKALIA (NUTREA, VETAGRI, …), soit : 2,1 millions de tonnes – 17 sites industriels
