Head of Facility Services Leading a team of 11 people. Purchasing goods and services. Managing EHS security (access, fire, first aid, ergonomics). Organizing and managing 27 company flats that can be used as a hotel or for short term residence. Overseeing logistics including floor plans, moves, technical maintenance. Optimizing the management of the printers and copiers (160 devices). Collaborating with the architects on new building projects (technical and architectural analysis, and real estate market research). Looking after internal spaces (redesigning of spaces, fitting out offices with furniture and equipment, renovating, and optimizing of spaces). Looking after leases (main buildings and company flats). Collaborating with European procurement (for all projects linked with the Facility Services). Overseeing all assets (technical devices, hardware, furniture, and company flats). Managing service contracts (cleaning, security, furniture, and technical maintenance). Directing 4 different budgets of a total of 13 million Swiss francs. Embedding and optimizing services (work processes and training plan). Running various projects (security, computer room, patch panel, and generator).
