I coordinate market-wide social impact projects that support local communities, sustainability, and associate engagement while promoting Marriott’s Serve 360 vision. I foster collaboration across managed and franchised hotels to strengthen Marriott’s culture through associate recognition, leadership development, networking, and talent growth opportunities. Working alongside Government Affairs, I support advocacy efforts on issues impacting the hospitality industry and tourism sector in Portugal. The Council also drives business collaboration by sharing best practices, supporting operational excellence, enhancing commercial performance, and identifying opportunities to optimize resources and reduce costs across the market.
