In November 2025, I joined Sodexo. My ambition is to take this long-admired global business and model of entrepreneurial success embarking on its 60th anniversary to the next level. As Chief Executive Officer, I am deploying my experience in large international service businesses to lead our 426,000 team members across the world as they innovate and elevate food and services, shaping better everyday experiences at every moment in life. Leading up to this role, I accumulated more than 30 years of international experience in B2B services, with a strong track record of driving sustainable growth.
