Engineering, Maintenance & Automation Senior Manager for the entire plant of Catalent Brussels. - Managing a team of Project Engineers on all technical projects linked to: • Manufacturing (Filling lines, aseptic area, equipment,...) • Packaging (VI, serialization,...) • Utilities (HVAC projects, Water, Electricity, ...) • QC Engineering (Design of new QC equipments, LIMS, HPLC,...) - Managing the Automation (EMS, SCADA, IT/OT, automatisation of the process,...) - Managing the technical draughtsman - Managing the Maintenance (24/7) including: • Manufacturing Maintenance (Filling lines, aseptic area, equipment,...) • Packaging Maintenance (VI, serialization,...) • Utilities Maintenance (HVAC projects, Water, Electricity, ...) • Building and Facilities - Operational support - Contacts with customers and regulatory authorities during audits - Taking part of consolidating the site’s needs in a multi-year investment plan (Technical planning for new projects at the site level, consolidate Capital Plan,...)

Project Leader Engineering: • Definition , submission and follow-up of the budget (CPA – CAPEX & OPEX management) • Risk analysis – Risk management • Team management – meeting coordination between all activities - Resources - Cost - Quality - Timing - Meeting for technical decisions - Scope changes Main projects are : • Complete migration and improvement of the new Environmental Monitoring System in the Brussels Catalent facility. • New trolley - new load of autoclaves • Implementation of new sets on Filling machine • Building modifications
