[BI systems] Responsible for the operations BI systems in AMERA: - understanding production managers and regional operations directors needs to design dashboards used daily by them (with QlikView). - managing 1 QlikView developer: conducting performance reviews, building personal development plan, balancing workload - working closely with IT teams to make the BI tools evolve and therefore improve the level/relevance of analysis that can be achieved - automating some reporting tasks (with ERP teams for instance) to improve the reliability of the data as well as the scope covered - built an e-learning (with a supplier for the platform and the pedagogical approach) to popularize a powerful but rather complicated KPI based on manufacturing costs.
