After graduating from hotel school, I worked in operational and revenue-focused roles, which gave me a practical understanding of how pricing, distribution, systems, and decision-making affect both performance and teams on the ground. In 2018, I founded Catala Consulting, an advisory firm supporting independent and boutique hotels with revenue strategy, performance analysis, and organisational clarity. The objective has consistently been to help owners and management teams make better decisions, supported by data, systems, and sound judgment.
