- Responsible of the selection, management and development of FC suppliers Fabricated Components market (metal, plastics, rubber,…), 20 Million AUD - Participation in cross functional projects and product development - Purchasing and Logistic Audit of suppliers - Working with Strategic Pacific team - Critical Transfers management - Internationalisation project
- Responsible for activities reporting in the supplier factory Key actions, new project introduction, key events, component quality/supply issues - Responsible for consolidation and reporting of Quality and Supply chain key indicators for the different SE factories working with the supplier SE factories in Japan, China, Australia, Indonesia and France _ Creation of a “late delivery root cause analysis” tool - Support of SE entities/factories for: _ Action plan follow up _ Transfers/New project Introduction _ Product/Process validation _ Follow up of SE global actions plans (Quality and Supply Chain) _ Support on SE global audits. - Facilitate communication between SE entities and the supplier.
