Recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Geneva, with a focus on probability, graph theory, stochastic modeling, and optimization. Alongside my studies, I gained unique leadership experience as Head Coach of the Swiss National Team for the World Team Championship of Warhammer 40,000, a strategy board game focused on resource optimization, risk management, and decision-making under uncertainty. In this role, I design year-long strategies, coordinate eight players, and optimize team performance in an international competitive environment. In addition, I have taught mathematics at high-school level as a long-term substitute teacher, managed youth sports teams through the Swiss Youth+Sport program, and contributed to scientific research during the CERN Summer Student Programme in 2022, where I contributed to a published paper. My strengths: analytical rigor, leadership, teaching, project management, and the ability to align teams toward ambitious goals.
Specialization in graph theory, stochastic processes, and optimization. Master’s thesis: Simulations about the Harnack inequality and the log-Sobolev inequality from Spectral Graph Theory from Fan R. K. Chung Developed strong skills in probability, quantitative analysis, and mathematical modeling. Tools: Python (NumPy, Matplotlib, optimization libraries), LaTeX.
Designed and implemented long-term strategies for a team of 8 players. Performed performance analysis and optimized match pairings in a highly complex rules environment. Coordinated international project planning and training sessions over a one-year cycle. Gained leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills under pressure.
Long-term teaching assignments in mathematics at high-school level. Guided and supported two classes throughout the year, preparing students for the Maturity Exam 2025. Developed teaching strategies adapted to diverse student profiles. Gained experience in classroom management, communication, teaching, and long-term course planning.
Certified Youth+Sport coach in badminton, specialized in youth training. Conducted coaching sessions and training camps for young players (12–18 years old). Organized and managed sports camps (3 days, 15–25 participants). Completed modules in physical preparation, child sports development, and coaching.
Selected for the highly competitive CERN Summer Student Programme. Collaborated on an experimental physics project involving data analysis and presentation of findings. Contributed to a published scientific paper. Worked in an international research environment, developing communication and teamwork skills.
