Areas of responsibility include: Construction/Project Management • Drove multiple deployments simultaneously allowing rapid project closure while managing each deployment within or under budget. • Prepared Request for Proposal (RFP) for subcontractors, lead the proposal review and selected construction management firms in compliance with company guidelines. • Served as technical expert during the design and layout of the digital sensor network. • Trained and managed technical staff within company team and external contractors on sensor calibration for radar and acoustic sensors to comply with manufacturer’s specification. Operations and Maintenance Management • Operated and maintained over 2,600 digital sensors deployed in 27 metropolitan areas. • Conceived and designed a maintenance database to track, store and monitor current and historical maintenance activities, work orders, inventory and reporting that ensured high availability and quality service level commitments were met. • Automated daily reports that queried data from multiple servers which provided quicker access to information and reduced daily man hours by 25% and human errors by 20%. Data Quality • Managed a team of sensor data quality personnel responsible to review, repair and notate sensor quality and availability issues. • Served as subject matter expert and resolved outstanding issues relating to calibration and quality.
