• Partner with internal teams and upper management to provide event and/or seminar solutions to meet marketing objectives and to ensure optimal performance within budget and Americas expectations • Provide daily guidance, leadership, and training to Americas’ RCs , providing guidance and solutions to help them achieve their highest level of success • Ensure that Americas’ business goals for event performance are properly applied across all event plans in your designated areas of responsibility, including quantity, budget and metrics adherence • Demonstrate leadership and mastery by uncovering and presenting opportunities and solutions for improvements of Americas’ processes • Analyze the effectiveness of event use in various marketing campaigns and proactively improve the overall quality of the program • Consistently manage the simultaneous planning and logistical execution of southeast regional events plan
Key Responsibilities: • Management of event marketing efforts and material across various platforms, including web, flyers and direct mail • Leadership of internal teams in collaboration on various event projects, including process standards, decision-making, and data analysis • Operational and logistical management of Southeast events, including strategic scheduling, venue selection, host preparation; budget and financial management and ROI Key Accomplishments: • Planned over 1,000 seminars from Feb 2011- Sep 2014, including NIDays 2013 and 2014, the two largest events in the southeast region • Met 147% of 2013 seminar leads goal for southeast events due to management of over 300 events, including NIDays, the first-ever NI southeast conference • Completed over 250 events in 2012, meeting 115% of lead goal • Drove onsite, dynamic events at key accounts to generate over $4M in opportunities in the aerospace and defense industry • Collaborated with Alliance Partner Program to increase partner involvement in nearly 75% of events in 2012 • Developed project management skills to create, manage and delegate documentation processes for the Regional Coordinator group
• Tracked blogs and reported coverage for various marketing campaigns with companies including Hewlett Packard and Lenovo. • Researched, collected, and analyzed data for our 2010 SMB Technology Purchasing Survey. • Created and wrote blog posts for Ivy Worldwide blog. • Strategically communicated with bloggers throughout various campaigns via e-mail, private forum, and phone. • Managed blogger inventory.
