Campus recruitment and staffing: Develop, Build and Deepen relationships with corporate partners (Technology, Finance and Luxury sectors) through delivering advisory on key targeted student engagement events, projects and corporate branding collaborations to create new avenues of talent pipelines for the business within the early career hiring space. Coaching: Provide personalised career coaching to Master students, guiding them in their career exploration and job search strategies and supporting their development of career skills. Serve as source of information on companies and industry hiring trends. Training and Development Workshops: Continuously Innovate and design career skills and knowledge based training workshops for students’ learning and development. Alumni relations: Partnered with Alumni from Industry on company talks, recruitment, and mentoring programmes.
Business Development and Corporate Relations: Build and broaden corporate relationships, foster employer engagement and facilitate recruitment of NUS Business School graduates in the Banking and Finance sector. Increase partnership and placement opportunities through continuous targeted engagements, and development of creative platforms for cooperation.
