I am an experienced recruitment professional in full cycle corporate recruitment with an expertise in IT and Engineering roles. My expertise in recruitment has allowed me to jump in and support any line of business based on demand which includes both corporate and site/industrial roles. I not only manage the end to end recruitment processes, but also provide strategic guidance to hiring managers regarding their openings. I am a partner to both the business and have extensive experience partnering with HRBP's and HR Managers. I began my career in agency recruitment, which allowed me to hone my skills in direct sourcing and candidate relationships. After transitioning into corporate recruitment, I have been able to leverage my relationship skills internally with a high volume of hiring managers located across North America and most recently in Australia. I have recruited across North America and Australia, gathering intel on local markets during the process. I have partnered with managers, directors and VPs regularly through my corporate tenure. Beyond the regular recruitment activities, project based work has allowed me to streamline agency vendor lists, onboard a new background check company and provide system optimizations. I am highly proficient with a wide variety of ATS systems including Oracle, Avature, Taleo and BrassRing. I am an advocate of processes improvement, creating/following standard operating procedures and implementing new best practices.
