In my experience, it’s not a lack of ideas, skill, or ambition that stops organisations from maximising their potential, but often a lack of clarity, purpose, autonomy and accountability. As Co-Founder and Director of BTP Performance and FIREPROOF Impact®️, I work with leaders to create clarity, alignment, ownership and momentum, so strategy doesn’t just exist, it gets executed effectively! I do this by combining the FIREPROOF framework™️ (our own tried and tested strategic approach to sustained high performance) with my own passion for problem solving and delivering results! I bring over 15 years of senior leadership experience across operations, people, finance and service delivery, so I understand the reality of leading in complex environments, not just the theory! I’ve been described as ‘the personification of non-judgemental curiosity’ - I ask the questions others don’t, in a way that helps leaders think clearly rather than feel judged. It’s how I help managers and leaders build confidence, challenge their own thinking, and take action. I’m also open about the fact that I haven’t always got it right in my own management and leadership journey. That honesty tends to create the psychological safety needed for real conversations - the kind that actually lead to change. Alongside this, I’m a qualified coach and mentor, and an accredited Strengthscope® Master Practitioner, supporting leaders to build self-awareness, confidence and capability that translates into real-world impact.
