About

I am a Summa Cum Laude graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice. My academic background is rooted in Humanities and Justice, with specialized minors in Criminology and Philosophy. During my studies, I served as the Vice President of the Law Society and a Lead Research Mentor, focusing on social movements and equity. Likewise, as former Captain of Hofstra University’s Speechq and Debate team, I won national awards while advocating for social and contemporary issues. My work is driven by a deep interest in Ethics, Political Philosophy, and International Law. I have explored these themes through extensive research, including a published piece on the ethics of AI and a senior thesis regarding ritualized transitions of power in early modern Europe. To support my goal of working within global justice and human rights, I have cultivated a multilingual background to better communicate with diverse populations. My experience includes providing bilingual support in U.S. Congressional and Senate offices, as well as facilitating legal communications in both English and Spanish. I have also studied Arabic and German. Likewise, I have obtained reading proficiency in Italian, Latin, and Portuguese.
