Assistant Swim Coach Shelton High Girls Swimming and Diving Team. Responsible for creating appropriate, challenging, and engaging swim practices for beginner high school swimmers. Record and maintain swimmers' progress at meets and practices. Keep accurate records of swimmers times with the goal of improving their stroke efficiency, progressing to the next level and ultimately qualifying for State Championships.
Staff nurse in the homecare setting for pediatric patients requiring a private duty nurse. Patients ranged in age from infancy to school-age. Experience caring for patients with Rett Syndrome, Myotubular Myopathy, Down Syndrome, Bronchopulmonary dysplasia, and Chromosome Disorders. Responsibilities include full pediatric assessments, Tracheostomy care and management, Ventilator monitoring, Gastrostomy care, and tube feedings, Medication Administrations including nebulizers, and the safety and pyscho-social needs of the pediatric patient in the home and school setting.
Staff nurse on a per diem basis for patients in a home care environment. Patients ranged in age from newborn to elderly. Responsible for the needs of patients in the home requiring wound care, diabetic teaching, cardiac and respiratory assessment, and intravenous medications. Also responsible for needs of pediatric patients in the home care setting. Experience with CADD pumps, and hospice care.
Staff nurse in a home care setting for terminally ill patients. Responsibilities included physical assessments of patients, CADD pump maintenance, VAD's, and pain management as well as supporting the physical and spiritual well being of the patient and family. Also have responsible for Charge Nurse duties.
