I have over 16 years in the Customers Services, with over 13 years experience in BPO and over 10 years in leadership. I am instrumental in driving strategic initiatives to realize target desired by the client. I enjoy working with a group as well as individually, I believe in learning as a continued process and learning from each failure is the biggest learning tool of all because it gives me the opportunity to add something new to my knowledge/experience.
