For nearly three decades, I’ve blended design craft with systems thinking and innovation—helping organizations navigate complexity through creativity. As the founder of designing tomorrow® and creator of AI-Centric Design™, I continue that path today: building frameworks that embed AI into design practice with intention, ethics, and measurable outcomes. My work has been recognized by the Webby Awards, The Drum, and W3 Awards for design excellence and innovation. Along the way, I’ve led transformations for Fortune 100 companies, mentored the next generation of designers, and contributed to shaping the dialogue around AI and design worldwide. At the core, my belief hasn’t changed: design, at its best, makes technology more human—and that AI, done right, can amplify our creativity rather than diminish it.

As a cofounder of SORAI, a design, AI, and sustainability consultancy, I was responsible for laying the foundation, defining the business proposition, and shaping the vision that would guide its innovative and sustainable initiatives. My contributions centered on creating a strong strategic framework to address emerging challenges through design and technology. Though my role was short-term, this experience solidified my passion for building purposeful ventures.
Led the creation and rapid scaling of an international, fully remote design team. Defined the company’s global brand identity, embedded AI and blockchain into core design workflows, and delivered end-to-end UX across crypto, Web3, and mobile platforms. Built a high-performance culture focused on speed, experimentation, and strategic impact.
I came on board Atos as the Global Head of Design for Customer Experience to create and define the offering & growth plan for the Design pillar in the Customer Experience practice. With a global leadership role, my responsibilities include: INNOVATION Drive innovation and creativity, find new ways to solve problems, and create value, fostering a culture of innovation and creating a framework for experimentation and learning. FINANCIAL ACUMEN Budgeting, forecasting, resource loading plans, and financial analysis. CHANGE MANAGEMENT Lead change, manage resistance, and create a culture of continuous improvement. GROWTH I'm continuously working on new business opportunities, bids, and propositions with Industry Leads and clients of different verticals. During my first nine months, I helped to grow the headcount of the design team from 15 to 70+ designers globally and delivered $8M (with a 31% margin) of new businesses. Successfully delivering (60% craft / 40% managing) two large CXD transformation programs: • Chubb Corp: Design Systems, Underwriter Portal & Ignite (internal and external broker platforms). • Saudi Telecommunication Company (STC): Design Systems, Digital Transformation, UCD Adoption, B2B Platforms.
I was appointed as Product Design Director for Goldman Sachs, where I led (80% craft + 20% management) a multi-disciplinary team focused on Private Wealth Management, generating for Publicis Sapient a 7% growth on the account (over $5.5M) throughout the following projects: Create a consistent omnichannel Design System for the PWM platform & apps; Delivering MVPs for mobile apps for iOS & Android and posterior features expansion; Designing new features for the Private Wealth Management portal (including trading); Creating a new Digital Onboarding Experience for advisors & clients; ★ AWARDS Business Intelligence Group - Winning Product, Mobile App, 2021 Web Marketing Association - Best Mobile App, 2020
I led (80% craft / 20% management) multiple projects in Financial Services, including an extensive Digital Transformation program for Ninety One Asset Management (formerly known as Investec Asset Management).
