Leading Business Management for Chase Germany, JPMC's first retail banking launch in Continental Europe. I sit on the local management team and work across product, go-to-market strategy, finance and other special initiatives, helping build a fresh take on digital banking in the German market.

• Market launcher for Spain, Italy and the Netherlands (2021) and co-led the launch of 11 additional eurozone markets (2022) • Led the HoI's office, supported the structuring of the department (from 2 to 30+ FTEs) split across Country management, Expansion, Performance & Analytics, International PR & Marketing and Operations. • Supported international product launches and performance reporting (management + board)
