As a dedicated and experienced IT professional, I bring a strong foundation in Information Science and Technology, backed by a Bachelor's degree from Temple University. I stareted my career working at CCRES where I honed my schools in a help desk role at Tredyffrin/Eastown Middle School. I providing critical technical support and ensuring seamless technology integration within the educational environment. I managed computer distribution, computer repair, computer reimaging for students and staff. I also ensured all classroom technology such as projectors, printers, phones, and smartboards all worked seamlessly. Currently, I am leveraging my expertise as a Technology Support Specialist at Pottsgrove School District. In this role, I continue to deliver excellent technical assistance, troubleshoot complex issues, and support the district's mission of fostering a technology-driven learning atmosphere
