About

I have always felt a strong passion for modern technology, particularly control system engineering, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Despite having adopted several leadership roles in the recent years, I have always stayed tuned with my engineering heart and the latest technologies. Equal to my favorite engineering topics, I am fond of leadership, trying to get the most out of the team while staying grounded, authentic, human, and humble. I have built up several international teams, grown diverse team leaders, and recruited many outstanding engineers. After many years working for large organizations, I decided to make my dream come true, which I have carried around basically my entire professional life: I started my own company AIMotroniX.
