I've spent over two decades in recruitment, and I'll be honest, I didn't start out placing engineers. My background is in Pharma and Biotech. For nearly 20 years I worked across North America and Europe, placing everyone from clinical managers to C-suite leaders in some of the world's most demanding life sciences organisations. I was good at it. But when I moved to Calgary, everything changed. I discovered a world of engineers, designers, and programmers building Canada's infrastructure, powering its energy grid, and automating its industrial future - and I haven't looked back since. Today I'm a Senior Recruiter at Adecco Canada, and this is my lane: Electrical, Mechanical & Structural Engineers. Electrical & Mechanical Designers.
