Prior to Google, James was the first Amazon Web Services (AWS) Public Sector employee in the region. He was tasked to manage the public sector business (Government, Healthcare, Education, and National Financial Services) since 2012, helping public sector customers improve citizen services, enforce national security, and non-inflationary economic growth by innovative technology. In close collaboration with senior government leaders, financial regulators, and sovereign wealth fund investors across the APJ region (Especially in Singapore, South Korea, Japan & Greater China). James is also an accredited investor with a focus on quantitative investment and algorithmic trading.
