I built what most founders are trying to build, then sold it. Over the past 15 years, I have generated $150M+ in revenue, most of it on Amazon. I spent 10 years building and operating my own brand on Amazon, scaling from zero to millions and eventually through acquisition. I learned Amazon the hard way: Inventory mistakes. Cash flow pressure. Flat file chaos. Compliance issues. Margin compression. The constant tradeoff between growth and profit. My goal is simple: Make Amazon boring. Predictable inventory. Controlled ad spend. Clear reporting. Fast decisions. Fewer surprises. Because boring Amazon operations usually create better businesses. For the past 7 years, I have operated as a Solo Amazon Operator. No team. No juniors. No handoffs. No outsourcing. Brands hire me when they want one owner of the outcome and Amazon run properly. My lane is simple: I take full ownership of the Amazon system so founders can focus on running the company. That means: Account Health. Inventory. Advertising. Listing Optimization. Reporting. Execution. One operator. One standard. One operating cadence. I work best with established brands doing $50K-$500K/month that already have momentum but are starting to feel Amazon become a distraction. Inventory timing. Ad efficiency. Listing conversion. Catalog complexity. Operational noise. Most of the time the problem is not effort. It is ownership. If we work together, you get: Clear priorities. Faster decisions. Weekly execution. Simple reporting. Direct communication. Less noise. Less delay. More profitable growth. I do not take every client. Fit matters. I am not the right partner for brands that want optionality, consensus meetings, or another agency. If you are ready to make Amazon boring and run it like a real business, reach out. Director of Amazon MooreG.com | Solo Amazon Operator I run a solo, capped Amazon practice for established brands that want Amazon owned end to end. I operate as the acting Director of Amazon, with full responsibility across 3P Seller Central and 1P Vendor Central. No juniors, no handoffs, no layers. Brands hire me when they want decisions made quickly and executed consistently. My role is not advisory. I take ownership of the Amazon system so founders do not have to manage it. What I am accountable for: • End to end Amazon ownership across ads, inventory cadence, listings, and account health • Operating and optimizing 300+ ASINs with clear prioritization, not busywork • Managing $100k+ monthly ad spend with disciplined guardrails, averaging ~10% TACoS and 4x+ ROAS • Launching and maintaining 50+ ASINs across US, CA, UK, and EU marketplaces • Building and enforcing listing standards across titles, bullets, A+, video, SEO, and conversion flow • Structuring Brand Registry, Storefronts, and catalog architecture for long term scalability • Creating Amazon specific P&L clarity for founders, CFOs, and operators • Coordinating inventory decisions with factories, warehouses, and 3PLs across multiple regions I work best with brands that already have momentum and are feeling Amazon turn into a distraction. Inventory timing, ad efficiency, catalog complexity, and decision lag are usually the constraint, not effort. I do not take on every brand. Fit matters. I partner with teams that want Amazon run like a business, not debated like a project.
Vice President Sales Manager LaserLyte (acquired by Crimson Trace in 2019) Jan 2009 – Jan 2019 · 10 yrs Phoenix, Arizona, United States LaserLyte was acquired by Crimson Trace in 2019. I spent a decade with LaserLyte prior to the acquisition, holding progressive leadership roles and ultimately serving as Vice President of the company. For the final five years of my tenure, I operated as Vice President with full executive responsibility across the business. Prior to that, I spent five years as Sales Manager, building the commercial engine that later scaled across ecommerce and retail channels. As Vice President, I had end to end accountability for revenue, operations, and execution. My scope included sales, marketing, ecommerce, product development, supply chain, and financial stewardship. I was responsible for outcomes, not recommendations. Scope and impact: • Drove over $100M in cumulative revenue across a ten-year span • Owned company P&L and managed a $1.5M revolving credit facility • Directed a $2M annual advertising budget across TV, print, Amazon, Google, and paid media • Co-inventor on 50 patents and led go-to-market strategy for new product launches • Managed global supply chains across the US, China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong • Generated $50M+ in ecommerce revenue across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, Cabela’s, and direct channels This role shaped how I lead today: margin discipline, inventory control, and decisive execution under real operating constraints.
