Kenny Wood Chief Strategic Imagineer at Collaborative Intelligence | Founder at Mind Bicycle | Driving AI Literacy & Digital Inclusion From launching the UK’s first Vodafone mobile store to leading the world’s first Google Shop with a £2.5m budget, my journey has always lived at the crossroads of innovation, retail, and real community impact. At Google, I didn’t just build a store – I built a digital campfire where people connected through tech. At Apple, I supported the corporate retail strategy, managing shop-in-shop experiences and delivering training across locations to deepen engagement and product knowledge. Now, I wear two hats: • As Chief Strategic Imagineer at Collaborative Intelligence, I’m helping shape a future where AI works with people, not instead of them – through powerful human-in-the-loop systems. • As Founder of Mind Bicycle, I lead a bold think tank of creative collaborators tackling big questions in AI, digital equity, and inclusion – turning ideas into action on the high street and beyond. Technology is only as powerful as the people it empowers. Let’s build a future where innovation meets humanity.

After two fulfilling decades in Essex and London, my wife and I resolved to provide an enhanced life experience for our two young boys. Our search for the perfect environment away from the urban hustle led us to rural Lincolnshire - an idyllic locale that offered the calm we sought. The global pandemic coincided with our transition, turning it into a uniquely challenging yet rewarding experience. We decided to use the lockdown as an opportunity to deepen our family bonds, supporting our children's education from home. This situation also allowed me to introspect and identify my core abilities. Parallel to managing this change, I devoted my time to volunteering for local charities. I contributed to addressing issues such as digital transformation, exclusion, and digital poverty, raising much-needed funds. Moreover, I helped my rural community enhance their digital literacy, conducting discovery sessions on navigating the digital world. The ultimate aim was to ensure that the community stayed connected in these challenging times. These experiences have enriched me professionally and personally, and I look forward to applying the insights gained to my future endeavours.
