As part of the Early Talent strategy, Mark supported RBC leaders at the top universities to attract and hire talented students. He partnered with multiple internal stakeholders (including Campus Recruitment and Innovation Partnerships) to obtain a comprehensive view of RBC's relationship with each target school. Mark created a system to evaluate and prioritize potential opportunities to deepen relationships across T&O with schools from a technology, innovation, and research perspective, as well as ways to measure and report on ROI. He worked in partnership with others on the Early Talent team to design and deliver new student work-integrated learning programs (such as RBC-sponsored capstone projects), offering students new opportunities to engage with RBC.
