With over 6 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, I am a passionate and skilled machine operator who is eager to learn and grow as a future leader at Bühler Group. I have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a certificate in advanced English, and I am currently pursuing a SVEB-Certificate in course leading. I am motivated by the vision of creating innovations for a better world and contributing to the sustainable development of the food and mobility sectors. As a Future Leader Apprentices & Trainees at Bühler Group since March 2021, I have been supporting the local employees, setting up the machines, optimizing the processes, and ensuring the quality and safety of the workpieces. I have also been developing my communication and teaching skills by facilitating workshops and trainings for the new hires and the apprentices. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team that values excellence, integrity, and customer focus.
