Global lean consulting for Yara's Production System (YPS)
SammeVei is an early stage ride-sharing start-up. I was responsible for all financial reporting, including forecasting and modelling scenarios to dictate decision making. I also conducted ad hoc analysis on competitors, synergy opportunities and potential markets. I often compiled this data into presentation decks for investors and partners.
I worked in several different order fulfilment positions including customer side deliveries, warehouse fulfilment and commercial deliveries. One of the benefits of working at an early stage start-up was that I was able to work closely with management to optimise processes in real-time and minimise our everyday margin of error.
