Managed Services, and Business Processing & Data Center Services. Oversee the DX, AI, Digital Mail, Business Intelligence & Data Analytics, and Integrated Document & Print product portfolios. Provide executive oversight for the I.T., Center of Excellence and Innovation (CoEI), Change Advisory Board (CAB), Technology Review Board (TRB), I.T. Steering Committee, AI Intake Center, and Portfolio Review Board (PRB). Drive product and marketing strategy, business development, and technical sales to accelerate technology revenue growth through strategic account expansion and new client acquisition.
