Over the past 10 years, I’ve moved between newsroom desks, analytics teams, and investment advisory roles - always with one goal in mind: turning complex real estate data into clear, useful insights. I started out in Vancouver, working in one of the most competitive property markets in North America. Later, I joined Bayut.com to dive deep into business intelligence and market analytics, before taking on regional analysis at Knight Frank MENA.
