•Managing debtor accounts, including vehicle debtors, and processing payments accurately and effectively. • Monitoring outstanding balances and ensuring timely collections to reduce overdue accounts. • Daily receipting and reconciling of the bank statement. • Preparing and sending statements to customers, following up on overdue accounts. • Resolving customer queries related to accounts and payment discrepancies. • Maintaining detailed and accurate financial records in compliance with company policies. • Collaborating with the finance team to ensure seamless account management and reporting.
