Overseed the facility's overall operations, ensuring quality care for residents, managing budgets and finances, maintaining regulatory compliance, leading staff, and developing strategic plans for growth and improvement. Enhanced the facility's reputation and relationships with stakeholders, including families, healthcare providers, and the community.
Conducted general training sessions for caregivers on essential caregiving skills, patient handling, elderly care, CPR (Cardio-pulmonary resuscitations, FIRST AID, dementia and Alzheimer’s care, fall injury prevention, etc Developed and implemented training materials, modules, and assessment tools as necessary for effective learning for new caregivers.
