Main Duties: Ø Purchased Services and Materials for Thi Vai, Hon Chong segment mechanical spare parts. Ø Maintenace spare parts: Sealing material, Bearings, driving and driven elements, valves, Compressors, pumps, fans,pneumatic, Hydraulic… Ø Wearing spare sparts, Consumable Materials, Wearing parts, Welding Materials, Fasteners, Rubber tiers… Ø Worked under high pressure to find new sources to fit saving rate during economic crisis. Ø Ensure every purchase get highest benefit, saving, TCO that the company receives for goods and services ordered spend for MRO, updating PDT ( Plant delivery time) in SAP. Ø Comply with P2P process, ISO, response for ISO internal and external audit. Ø Deploying the procure project at Siam City Cement Viet Nam with commodity Execution Process, Project Auto PO, Total cost of Ownership TCO. Ø Monitoring the procurement system compliance, tracking and reporting the procurement performance and benefits to Manager and head quarter. Ø Developing and improving the contractor Safety, requirement,labor regulation, Viet Nam laws and Circulars, Joining the contractor assessment at site and reviewing safety docurement also.
- Arrange, ensure the quality and recording of all operation at Cat Lai so as to meet the product quality and dispatch demands of customers. - Ensure effective management of shipping, cement pumping and water pumping and supplying of bunker for the ships. - Ensure that employees follow the Terminal Safety Regulations to keep safety themselves and other people. - Ensure equipment operation complies with Vietnamese Environmental Standards -Saving cost : Control bag breakage rate less than budget and special power and special fuel consumption for production less than budget -Develop and provide training for operations personnel in on the job skills, technical skills and knowledge and work organization -Cooperate with all departments to ensure that plant and equipment is made available for maintenance and repair at the correct time -Keep Cat Lai operation running smoothly even in high sales seasons -Ensure that productivity, efficiency, safety, quality of product is as high as demand of the Terminal -Being responsible to functional department director / equivalent your job -Lead all activities of all employees, contractors and visitors in functional departments -Keep track of hazards in works, recommend and keep track of risk control
- Implement OH&S annual plan of market intelligence department; do risk control of potentially high risks keep track of hazards in work & risk control follow the OH&S plan & regulation at workplace. - Arrange, ensure the Daily, monthly, yearly plan for department. - Investigate and improve equipment in department. - Knowledge all job profile of shift leader and CCR operator. - Develop and provide training for operations personnel in on the job skills, technical skills and knowledge and work organization. - Work with bag supplier for reducing bag breakage rate , optimize electrical consumption and fuel consumption. - Comply with Holcim OH&S procedures. - Keep cat lai operation running smoothly even in high sales seasons
