Project Management: Ensure project milestones, budget control, and quality objectives are met for new product launches and process improvements. Global Collaboration: Work with international teams in the US and CN to align production strategies. Cost Reduction & Efficiency: Implement strategies to reduce manufacturing costs, improve productivity, and enhance operational efficiency. Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Apply 5 Whys, 8D, KT Analysis, Shainin, and FTA methodologies for troubleshooting and process stability. Team Development: Provide technical training, mentorship, and leadership to enhance engineering team capabilities.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement. Lead digitalization initiatives and advanced system solutions. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Prepare and present monthly performance reports with improvement insights. Manage department budget and resources effectively.

Manage Mold & Fine Blanking (High-Precision Metal Press) manufacturing processes. Develop and optimize processes, machines, and production lines, ensuring smooth implementation. Oversee machine, mold layout, and equipment acquisition with justification. Maintain mold accuracy of ±0.002 mm using grinding and CNC milling machines. Apply Lean Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke, FMEA, DoE, and 3D CAD for process control. Lead projects to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. Manage technical budgets and oversee project transitions to mass production. Solve problems using 5 Whys, KT Analysis, 8D, Shainin, FTA, and 7 QC tools. Handle Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and 4M Change Management. Collaborate with global teams in the Netherlands and Germany. Conduct technical training for process improvements.
