• Assist Production schedules based on sales order, raw material stock, compound availability, packaging material, manpower arrangement. • Monitor & Supervise daily extrusion process (PVC Tubing & Hose, Oil Tubing, Reinforced Hose, Rigid Tube, Shower Hose, Waterstop, Cord, Strap, LDPE Polytube) as well as waste and scrap generated daily. • Analyze production issue daily to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective & preventive actions taken for any non-conforming defects. • Investigate customer complaint issues to troubleshoot related to quality assurance & quality control aspects. • Monitor & manage pulverizing process and output of recycle LDPE. • Monitor mixing and compounding process for formulation of PVC resin & additives includes pigments & masterbatch for extrusion process of plastic pipe and hose. • Manage & verify Masterlist for product specification according to customer requirement to ensure information consistency, accuracy & standardization. • Compile training material & conduct training for production team on aspects of improvements of production technical skills & quality control activities. • Handle external calibration for effectiveness and availability of the measuring equipment. • Establish & review standard operating procedures, work instructions, flow chart and specifications, proper documentation, workflow optimization and well maintenance of record. • Involved in QMS Auditor by Process Approach, Internal Audit for ISO9001:2015. • Involved in External Audit for ISO 9001 Accreditation.
Quality Control Engineer (QC) - Responsible for maintaining, monitoring and ensuring the highest product quality of packaging film. - Oversee inspection process including incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection (from manufacturing to packaging). - Coordinate in customer complaint issues to troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to quality control aspects. - Monitor and validate effectiveness of all corrective and preventive actions taken for any non-conforming defects. - Develop and initiate quality standard and specification for test, inspections and evaluations. - Monitor the calibration for the effectiveness and availability of the measuring equipment. - Compile training material and conduct training for QC technicians on aspects of quality control activities by carrying out measurement and testing. - Involved in internal audits, ISO 9001 Accreditation. - Initiate external training for learning and improvement (ISO Training, Internal audit training). - Prepare monthly QC department report.
- Monitoring the manufacturing process of glove to ensure that it meets production standard, recommending changes, verify and validate (conduct installation, operation and performance qualification) on any automation and machinery used in the manufacturing process. - Evaluated change control requests from other departments to monitor the changes applied in manufacturing if the changes affect the process or product quality of gloves.
