At Cleantech Solar, my role as Deputy Manager-HSSE encompasses driving the implementation and enhancement of health, safety, security, and environmental protocols ensuring contractor compliance, and championing risk management processes across our Indian solar projects. With a Bachelor of Engineering from Anna University and an Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety from MSBTE, my educational foundation underpins my proficiency in these critical areas. I bring a technical and practical approach to managing health, security, and environmental hazards. With overall experience of 9+Yrs, my competencies span across safety awareness, conducting EHS audits, and solving complex problems efficiently. The skills acquired from my experience, supported by certifications in ISO auditing and NEBOSH, empower me to contribute meaningfully to Cleantech Solar's objective of maintaining impeccable safety standards while navigating the ever-evolving challenges within the renewable energy sector. Regional (India) HSSE management. The responsibilities include but not limited to: 1. Guide, support and facilitate ownership, implementation and improvement of HSSE requirements including workplace safety, personal safety, asset integrity and management of health, security and environmental hazards at rooftop projects. 2. Assist and assure contractors’ compliance to HSSE plan & program 3. Ensure implementation of the risk management process at Cleantech Solar locations 4. Register all incidents in Cleantech Solar incident database, perform investigations, contribute to Contractors’ investigations to understand the causes and influencing factors 5. Manage HSSE&SP Performance Reporting and Assurance process, custodian of HSSE performance scorecard, tracking of trends, analysis of HSSE&SP data 6. Manage the tracking of HSSE actions and provide input to management for status and closure update on actions arising from incidents, audits and HSSE improvement plans 7. Carry out and document routine HSSE inspections and facilitate for weekly, monthly management HSSE tours. 8. Plan and carry out routine site visits, HSSE coordination meetings with all contractors, participate in routine coordination meetings with construction as well as O&M 9. Ensure that Contractors’ training and awareness programs are carried out as planned 10. Conduct and deliver HSSE induction and awareness sessions 11. Review Method Statements including risk assessments, JSA etc. and ensure that contractors involve workers in Job Safety Analyses 12. Support implementation of improvement programs such as Life Saving Rules, Emergency Response, HSSE training programs Safety Leadership, Safety Supervision Program, Worksite Hazard Management and control of work. 13. Actively participate in HSSE audits, training and incident investigations

Started my HSE career with this, on a contract basis I was responsible for creating regular inovative ideas, training & maintaining safety performances & analysis as listed. 1. Regular safety trainings like Induction, on-site job specific trainings. 2. Managing PPEs issues. 3. Regular safety visits to identify the gaps based on potential risks. 4. Creating action plan for the loopholes & tracking the set mitigation actions.
Started with normal call support in retail liability department and ended with retail assets. Meanwhile earned awards for customer satisfaction . Achieved landmark for getting highest on the call appreciation by any employee in any team.
