My passion for people first led me to Law School at UFMG, then into Sales, and ultimately (and most importantly) into Talent Acquisition. I found myself in a Recruiting career unexpectedly, but it immediately clicked - I thrive on building meaningful partnerships, fostering strong relationships, and helping people and businesses grow.🚀 With over four years of SaaS experience and three and a half years in full-cycle recruiting within Ecommerce, I am now focused on scaling teams within the fintech space at Revolut. Prior to this, I was the sole and lead recruiter at Jungle Scout, where I owned the Talent Acquisition function end-to-end. I partnered with executive and functional leadership to define hiring priorities and translate business goals into talent strategy. I hired across every department - Engineering, Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success/Support, Finance, and People. My experience spans building recruiting infrastructure, driving operational excellence through data and process design, and serving as a strategic advisor to hiring managers. I focus on managing efficient, scalable hiring practices while maintaining a high-quality and respectful candidate experience. Today, I continue to apply this approach in the fintech space - hiring across Compliance, Legal, Financial Services, Accounting, and Technology within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Beyond my in-house roles, I’m passionate about helping Brazilians expand their careers internationally 🌎. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in the kitchen experimenting with recipes (my husband swears I’m the best cook, though I’d say I’m just an enthusiastic one), leading Catechism classes that teach children about the Catholic faith, reading a good book, or enjoying a square (or two) of good chocolate. Jungle Scout is a Private Equity-backed SaaS, remote-first startup founded in 2015, building Amazon & Ecommerce intelligence for SMBs and enterprise brands. At its peak, the company had 330 employees across 20+ countries. From April 2025, I became the sole and lead recruiter, leading full-cycle hiring across all departments and partnering with stakeholders to attract and close top talent. I joined JS in June 2022 as a Talent Sourcer & Coordinator, started full-cycle recruiting in October 2022, and was promoted to Talent Acquisition Specialist in February 2024. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I was responsible for full-cycle recruiting and Talent Acquisition Operations, partnering with hiring managers for both technical & non-technical roles and ensuring we keep the bar of talent high. Promoted from SDR to Sales Executive in six months, consistently hitting 99% of quota and closing both yearly and multi-year deals (R$5K-R$50K per year). I sold digital SaaS solutions through a consultative approach, managed the full sales cycle, and partnered closely with Marketing to create campaigns - including video content - that promoted our tools and drove engagement. Highlights: • Prospected and qualified B2B leads, building and maintaining strong inbound and outbound pipelines through cold calling and cold emailing. • Managed the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing, ensuring a smooth process for prospects. • Led product demos and presentations, helping prospects see the value of our solutions. • Collaborated cross-functionally with Marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies.
I joined Saraiva Educação as an SDR, building and nurturing the B2B pipeline through proactive outbound and inbound outreach using Reeve. In six months, I was promoted to Sales Executive for strong performance and rapid growth. Key responsibilities & achievements: • Conducted multichannel outreach (calls, emails, WhatsApp) to accelerate lead engagement and sales cycles. • Researched and compiled high-quality lead lists, optimizing the lead qualification funnel to improve conversion. • Applied SPIN Selling methodology to tailor consultative solutions for clients. • Pitched digital SaaS solutions, helping prospects see value in the Saraiva product suite. • Managed lead data and pipelines in PipeDrive, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. • Collaborated cross-functionally with Marketing to create campaigns and video content, refine messaging, and optimize targeting. • Supported onboarding and training of new SDRs with structured roleplays and tool guidance.
As a Law Intern, I supported the firm in both procedural and client-facing tasks, gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of legal practice. Highlights: • Contacted lawyers via email and phone to promote and negotiate small claims agreements. • Drafted procedural documents and legal petitions. • Monitored and followed up on ongoing cases, ensuring timely updates and compliance. • Participated in court hearings and legal proceedings, assisting with case preparation. • Extracted and organized supporting evidence and case materials for defense purposes.
