Hired as Sales Associate, promoted to Executive Assistant in March 2002 after winning several monthly sales person awards. Promoted to Store Manager in August 2003 after large store growth in accounts and receivables. Managed a team of 8 employees Instrumental in increasing sales, was a top store in company in sales and customer growth 2002 through 2005 during transition from Rent-A-Center to Get It Now. Managed 1260 contracts totaling about $1.3 million dollars of secured credit loans for home furnishings, electronics and appliances. Received an award for Get It Now Store of the Year in 2004. The first store to use 3 delivery vehicles, to use 3 collection specialists, and to increase and broaden inventory by working with vendors to increase selection.
