SOCAR Terminal is a state-of-the-art container port in Türkiye’s Aegean region with a capacity of 1.5 million TEUs, operating at world-class standards of quality and efficiency. ✔ Oversaw the strategic transition of terminal operations from Maersk Group to SOCAR, successfully localizing operatorship and strengthening governance and control ✔ Led the transformation of the Terminal into a high-performing asset, achieving more than 2x growth in both revenue and container volumes over several years culminating in a partnership deal with the global leader in shipping and port management. ✔ Supported the management team with performance improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, customer service, and commercial competitiveness
SOCAR Türkiye is the $17 billion investment arm of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) in Turkey.
