On top of the daily Lab technician activities but in a digital oriented IB school main duties includes * Experimenting , analising and preparation of Microbial culture such as bacteria and thier growth media in an aseptic technique fashion and research protocols. * Supporting students, teachers in the use of practical resources to support the IB ( International Baccalaureate ) STEM curriculum. * Laboratory Preparations and organisation for IB Internal Assessments ( IA) and IB Extended Essays (EE) * Maintaining and contributing to the development of current STEM resources. * Chemical inventory control, promoting and observing a healthy and safe working environment in the STEM department and Laboratories.

Life Science laboratory • Precision and accuracy in the laboratory specifically on Acid-Base Titration, conducting Flame Test, Bradford assay and determination of glucose level, HPLC, TLC , Microscopy and staining, Beer-Lambert law, Spectroscopy, Determination of activation energy of an enzyme catalysed reaction, Correct handling of micro-organisms, cell culture and research ( methods and skills). • Excellent IT and designing skills
