Managing Tempe Group Inditex Footwear Office in Turkey aligning with Tempe HQ and establishing company strategies and policies in the country. Maintain effective partnerships with suppliers ensuring that Tempe/Inditex is prioritized to achieve company goals and future vision and suppliers are compliant and continuing to raise standarts. Sourcing new factories, training and supporting to reach company standarts in terms of development, quality and service. Providing long term vision, functional plans and operational excellence guidance to a team +13 employees supporting the continuous improvement of all related department such as Product Development, Fitting and Quality Control. Set up yearly/seasonal development and production strategies of Country and supporting to the team and factories to follow. Developing and maintaining effective working relationship between teams, factories and HQ Office. Training new team members, factories and being sure for them to be adapted to established system. Managing factory's production capacity and being sure that defined capacity is not over/less to keep a continues business without having delays. Being sure development and production timings are respecting the initial planned lead times. Developing new working methods to estalish a better follow-up systems and adapting to teams and factories. Supporting team and factories to negotiate and improve costing. Being sure all factories and team following and respecting sustainability/social rules of the company.
Responsible for the supply chain objectives, reporting to the Proximity Director of footwear and accessories division, Sourcing factories for handbag/shoes base on product requirements of the company (sustainability, quality and price), Working with designers to understand design sheets and to explain it to factories and team and help designers to improve specs. Being sure factories have enough capacity in development room and production to achieve the objectives, Negotiating with factories to catch target prices and lead time, Fully involved in the development process setting calendars, to achieve the desired lead times. Managing factories capacity, suppliers' relationship and quality standard. Build a proper working procedure with manufacturers. Create and lead team efficiency , setting priorities, monitoring production to anticipate solutions. Being sure fitting process is applied correctly and samples/productions are following correct measures and process Following production quality and analyzing all processes to be sure production is following the CFM sample and all physical/chemical tests are passed and uploaded on the system. Reporting to brands and direction the status of production and quality thru tools which are invented by company.
Responsible for duties includes innovative range planning that ultimate aim is for the final range selected to meet and exceed the customers’ expectations and achieve high rates of sale. Developing and implementing the strategy of the category in line with the Company's goals and vision.I Implemantation of the new product ranges-selection of the products, pricing and positioning. Inspire the buying team to think creatively, in order to deliver newness in the product range. Visiting fairs in China and all Europe to find new collections and factories, Sourcing new factories in all around the world, India, China, Bangladesh and Turkey. Visiting China 4 times a year to work closer with factories to improve quality and collection, Forecasting future retail and wholesale sales and determining the theme of collections separately. Analyzing sales figures, trends, regional variations, customer requirements, market and the competitors. Preparing development program in keeping with the theme of the collection, vision, objectives and forecasts. Negotiating prices with suppliers and agreeing delivery terms. Finalizing the retail and wholesale prices. Placing orders and following up each process of orders. Tracking the delivery of stock, ensuring goods arrive on time and meet quality standards, Continuous analysis of the performance of the current range anf taking the right action plans required Visiting stores to see how products are selling. Gathering information relating to customer reaction to products. Identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with them as and when they occur. Planning the strategies and roadmaps for next season and sales meeting separately. Contacting and controlling all suppliers for providing information exchanges. Monitoring all critical points and sales in order to problem identification on time and providing alternatives and evaluate them.
Responsible for sourcing, creating and buying a range of footwear for each season. Analyzing and following the Turkish & European footwear trends, working with WGSN and designers to adapty collection to the current trends Visiting important shoe/accesory fairs in China, Italy, Germany and Spain and finding new factories and collections, Determining and leading market research to identify market needs and the corresponding product solution opportunities. Analyze and monitor reports based on actual sales, forecasts, replenishment needs etc. in order to accurately forecast and meet the needs of the business, Analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats competition and market conditions in order to identify business opportunities. Analyze customer buying trends, competitors and market activities in order to predict future trends and seasonal product requirements and report to management
Following sample status of factories in China and being sure factories are sending samples on time, Deciding product range to purchase and placing orders to factories, Being sure about lead times of productions and follow with factories in China, Following stores sales performance and preparing report to direction Being sure about best sellers and working with buyers to prepare reorder strategies weekly. Visiting factories and international fairs in China and Europe to design new collections and follow-up sample status.
The main function of my position is to make sure everyone is safe while swimming Guarding the lives of swimmers, monitoring them in the water, In case of necessecity to apply first aid and take necessary actions Educating new attended lifeguards according to company rules and city law
