Within PNC Private Bank f/k/a PNC Wealth Management, Tess Muñoz is a Senior Relationship Strategy Analyst in the Asset Management Group Development Program. She spent the first year of the three year program in Pittsburgh, PA working closely with Banking and Investment Advisors to gain fundamental knowledge about Wealth Management at PNC. Her second year was spent in Huntsville, AL where she focused on Relationship Strategy. She worked with the Wealth Management team on their current clients, as well as, bringing in business through the Retail channel. Her final year in the program, brought her to Vero Beach, FL where she continued to train in Relationship Strategy. She was able to focus on owning the client experience for existing clients by working closely with Senior Relationship Strategists in the market.
By rotating through the different facets of PNC’s Wealth Management team, Tess learned the different team roles and how they interact through shadowing the Chicagoland team members. She participated in team meetings, client meetings, and events. At the conclusion of the internship, she created and presented an overview of PNC Wealth Management that was presented to 7 panelists through a case study role play with interns across other geographical markets.
